Mark has a sound business background with a universal understanding of the contamination control and coolroom maintenance industry. He has developed and revolutionized the way in which refrigerated food and beverage cleaning systems are implemented and professionally conducted. He has previously developed a successful small sales & distribution business in the hospitality industry and was the catalyst in the development of the Jaymak business in Sydney.
He has a degree in Planning & Design, certificate in Small Business Management and has attended numerous sales and business courses. He has also lectured in Food Safety, HACCP and contamination control to forums in the hospitality industry, Environmental Health conferences, at TAFE and at private Colleges / Universities.

Name : Peter Mackenzie
Position : Director of Finance
Qualification : Past Follow of Australian Society of Accountants, Dip. Bus. (Accounting), Grad. Dip. (Accounting & Finance)

Responsibilities : Ongoing development of financial systems

Peter is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Business management. During those years, 15 of which were as the Managing Director of the Australian operations of a large U.S based automotive distribution company with annual turnover in excess of $100 million dollars. For the past 10 years, he has owned and managed 2 successful distribution businesses in Sydney increasing their turnover by more than 500%.  Peter graduated from Monash University with a Dip. Bus. (Accounting) and Grad. Dip. (Accounting & Finance).

Position : National Business Development Franchising & Marketing

Bill joins the Jaymak management team after 32 years in the Fast Food industry. As the Co-founder and Director of Operations & Marketing of Pizza Haven, Bill has a wealth of experience with marketing business concepts, brand development, overseeing product improvement, designing and implementing systems. Bill has already built a successful national business with a turnover of $120 million per annum and has developed and managed a network of 227 businesses in 3 countries.

Name : Greg Gurd

Position : Sales & Marketing Manager

Joined Jaymak in 2002 as a full-time sales consultant and in 2004, was appointed Sales & Marketing Manager. Greg has demonstrated strong sales performances and the ability to be an effective business development manager in the company-owned Sydney Business.

Name : Cameron Colville

Position : Business Development Manager

Joined Jaymak in 2003 as a full-time sales consultant and due to his past experiences in customer service, and involvement with the service team during his time as a sales consultant with Jaymak, was fast-tracked to take over the responsibilities as Sydney Operations Manager in 2004. In August 2006, Cameron relocated to Melbourne to head up our company-owned Melbourne franchise and to develop our franchise market in Victoria.

Name : Lawry Mungovan

Position : Operations Manager

Joined Jaymak in 2001 as a full-time service operator and in 2003, was appointed as the Service Operator Supervisor. Lawry has an extensive understanding of the operational “hands-on” activities of the service system and has been responsible for the service training of all new franchisees and service operators.
With Cameron’s relocation to Melbourne in August 2006, Lawry was appointed into his current role as Operations Manager.
