1. We will acknowledge all customers with a positive greeting and offer assistance to them in any way within our area of expertise or experience and we will only ever make agreements we are willing and intend to keep.
2. We will respond immediately to any and all customer requests (either by correcting a problem ourselves or by taking a personal responsibility to have it corrected) and will follow-up with the customer within 24 hours to ensure we have EXCEEDED their expectations.
3. We will never say “NO” without an alternative being offered, we will focus on co-operation and always come to a resolution, not a compromise.
4. We will show ownership through our actions and accept that we are truly responsible for the outcome of those actions and all that takes place in our work and our life.
5. We will act in a manner which will show respect for others and we will never compromise the high morals, standards, principles and policies of Jaymak.
6. We will impart practical, usable knowledge rather than just theory and we will act as an educator to allow our customers to make their own intelligent decision about their future remembering that it is their future. |
