12 Service Plus Standards

Jaymak’s “Twelve Service Plus Standards” are the behavioural standards by which every team member within the Company is committed to and forms the core to our operating standards.

 
 

1. We will acknowledge all customers with a positive greeting and offer assistance to them in any way within our area of expertise or experience and we will only ever make agreements we are willing and intend to keep.

2. We will respond immediately to any and all customer requests (either by correcting a problem ourselves or by taking a personal responsibility to have it corrected) and will follow-up with the customer within 24 hours to ensure we have EXCEEDED their expectations.

3. We will never say “NO” without an alternative being offered, we will focus on co-operation and always come to a resolution, not a compromise.

4. We will show ownership through our actions and accept that we are truly responsible for the outcome of those actions and all that takes place in our work and our life.

5. We will act in a manner which will show respect for others and we will never compromise the high morals, standards, principles and policies of Jaymak.

6. We will impart practical, usable knowledge rather than just theory and we will act as an educator to allow our customers to make their own intelligent decision about their future remembering that it is their future.

7. We will always recommend the services of JAYMAK prior to going outside the company.

8. Good enough isn't. We will always deliver service of exceptional quality that adds value to all involved for the long term and ensure accuracy in all that we do by “GETTING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME”.

9. We will be clean and neatly dressed in the appropriate company attire and we will always try and smile.

10. We will be consistent in our actions so that our customers can feel comfortable in dealing with us at all times and we will continually seek out ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the service we provide to customers and our co-workers.

11. We will ensure the health and safety of customers, the public and co-workers by correcting or reporting any potential hazards we see and reporting any incidents or problems to the necessary management or authorities.

12. We will be committed to reducing, reusing and recycling and act in the best interest of our environment by safely reporting, handling or disposing of all hazardous or potentially hazardous material.
