The JAYMAK Certificate Program allows for an ongoing proactive approach to control mould and bacteria issues in and around refrigerated food and beverage areas by addressing:

• FDC fan units / systems
• Coolroom walls and ceilings and their repair and maintenance
• Associated beverage lines, backboards and fittings
• Moisture and odour reduction in and around the bar areas
• Temprites, chill pythons, glycol systems, other beer dispensing / cooling units and post-mix dispensing units
• Bottle cabinet doors, fridge doors and their seals.

Our cleaning and treating procedures, operating system and on-site practices have been assessed by SAI Global Limited to conform to the requirements defined in the International Organisation for Standardisation and Australian Standards ISO/AS 22000-2005 “Food Safety Management Systems”.

Other material used to base our procedures includes:
(1) AS 4709-2001 “Guide to cleaning and sanitising plant and equipment in the food industry”.
(2) Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code

(4) The Occupational Health & Safety Act, 2000 and material from the National Occupational Health & Safety Commission in relation to “duty of care” and ensuring the health, safety and welfare at work.
(5) Risk management and safety procedures through Global Risk Management Services.
The detergent used in the cleaning process is hospital grade, low foaming and biodegradable and approved for use in food storage areas.

The treatment oil used in the sanitising stage of our procedure is a listed approved product (Certification No: 9804PL) by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA – Certified Organic). This ensures our Organic Integrity and verifies our support for sustainable agricultural practices.

Stages of the Certificate Program

JAYMAK is providing this Certificate Program to enable its customers to benefit from a company that provides a total service. This service encompasses :

1. Inspection
2. Reporting of all viral, microbial and bacterial contamination
3. Initial Service / Clean
4. JAYMAK Certification and Swab Testing
5. Ongoing reporting and preventative maintenance

JAYMAK's goal is to take away the worry of environmental health related issues, microbial contamination in food and beverage refrigerated storage areas, the possibilities of inspectors issuing a 'closure of premises order' or worse still, infection and poisoning of patrons or staff.
