On-going Maintenance / Re-service  
   

As part of our service, JAYMAK will carry out a preventative maintenance re-service of all areas addressed in the initial treatment. This service is vital to keep the refrigerated food and beverage areas up to the standard that was achieved with the initial treatment.

As Tedd Nathanson quoted in his address at the 1996 AIRAH International Conference in Adelaide, South Australia; "preventative maintenance is probably the single most important factor for controlling microbial contamination of buildings."

The microbial abilities of the mould inhibiting oil can only combat the growth of mould and bacteria for a period of 6 months, so it is imperative that our service team reapply the oil to all affected areas.

If at any time during the service periods you require our service team to inspect any treated areas of concern, we will, within 24 hours, be on-site (within the Sydney metropolitan area) to address the problem.

JAYMAK will submit a comprehensive report after every re-service.

The report will include a written assessment of one or more of the following:

   

• The quality of fridge and coolroom door seals.

• The condition of the FDC unit fans, coils and drainage system.

• Areas which staff need to maintain or address for general housekeeping.

• Any problem areas that may need close monitoring by the Food & Beverage manager or supervisor. i.e. water problems or leaks, refrigeration problems, etc.
