Inspection  
   

JAYMAK first carries out a visual inspection of the building / establishment in order to:

• Familiarise ourselves with the premises to look for any visible signs of mould and bacteria, dirty FDC fan systems, marking or discolouration of walls and ceilings, jelly mould on top of temprites or around ice bank beverage systems, etc.

• Take photos of problem areas (if necessary) and discuss these areas with managers, licensees or owners.

• A bar hygiene problem can be as simple as condensation on the insulated lines under the bar, moist or damp areas below the fonts or around

   

new glycol systems and condensation around fridge doors.

• Provide swab testing to determine contamination levels (if required) .
